After we find the right tenant for your property, keeping your investment in top shape is our next priority. It is imperative to tackle maintenance issues as quickly as possible when they occur, to maintain the value of your rental investment. Attending to problems in a timely fashion will save you money down the road in repairs and make your tenants happy, and we all know happy tenants are more likely to renew their lease and treat your property like it’s their own.

Our regular inspections preserve the value of your rental investments, and identify areas where you could save money and improve the value of your property.

Our maintenance and inspection activities include:

  • Performing full property inspections at 6 months and 1 year into a lease to help eliminate costly repairs.
  • Providing tenants after-hours maintenance services so emergencies are addressed quickly.
  • Doing move-in/move-out inspections, during which time we record the condition of your property and attach supporting photo and video documentation.
  • Partnering with trusted vendors who charge fair prices for repairs and improvements. We never add markups to vendor bills, you pay only what the vendor charges.
