Marketing activities include:

- Answering phones and performing property showings 7 days a week.
- Listing available properties to over 30 sites on the internet, including Zillow, Trulia, Rentler, Craigslist and Hotpads, to provide maximum visibility to prospective renters.
- Placing ‘For Rent’ signs at the property and sending mailers to the surrounding local community to ensure maximum exposure.
