At Property Alliance, we value our relationships with realtors and are anxious to work with you. We offer a realtor guarantee, which means that if you refer a client to us for property management services, when this client chooses to sell the home in the future (or any home for that matter), we will direct that client back to you.

Property Alliance will essentially nurture the client relationship for you while the property is being rented, but it is ultimately your relationship. We pay out 50% of our tenant leasing fee to the referring realtor.

WHY SHOULD I REFER A CLIENT TO PROPERTY ALLIANCE?

At Property Alliance, we understand the value of focusing on your core business, selling. As a property management firm that focuses 100% of our time on managing homes, there is no conflict for you. Our main goal is to foster and grow the relationship you have already built with your client, and when they decide to sell, we refer them back to you for that process. We believe in strategic alliances that will benefit the both of us, and add value to your sales approach as a valued real estate professional.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY REFERRAL CLIENT DECIDES TO SELL THE PROPERTY?

Property Alliance is a 100% property management firm. After continuing to build the client relationship you started, we will refer our client back to you for the listing of your home.

WHAT COMMISSIONS DO YOU PAY FOR REFERRING A PROPERTY FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES?

Realtors who refer clients that enroll in our full-service property management service receive 50% of our Tenant Leasing Fees.

WHAT DO YOU OFFER FOR REFERRING A TENANT THAT LEASES WITH PROPERTY ALLIANCE?

Realtors that refer tenants that lease with Property Alliance receive our guarantee that when the tenant is ready to purchase a home, we will refer them back to you. We are happy to provide you updates as to the status of our mutual client, and when they are ready to purchase a home, you become the buyer’s agent.
