At Orangetheory Fitness you’ll find 60-minute workouts focused on three-main components, indoor rowing, treadmill interval blocks and weight room/resistance training.
During those 60 minutes, your heart rate is monitored to help keep you in the orange zone because this will boost your post-workout energy level and help you burn more calories even after you’re done working out. You can stop by to try one workout for free to decide if you want to “go orange”. If you do, there are a variety of membership options to fit your needs.
BOOM Cycle Room

The great thing about spinning is that you control your own intensity, speed, and resistance on the bike, so the workout is fit for all fitness levels. Membership packages are based on the number of classes you want to take.

Miners Town Strength & Conditioning
More commonly known as CrossFit Miners Town, the workouts at Miners Town Strength & Conditioning are far from a walk on a treadmill or a few crunches.
These workouts incorporate exercises like kettle bell swings, deadlifts, and box squats. Start with a low weight and work-up to a more challenging level. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or are experienced, there are classes for everyone. Here, you’ll find a community of people committed to fitness, self-improvement and fun. You can drop-in to a class to see if it’s for you. If you decide to join, you can choose a monthly membership or a punch-card for classes. Classes are held at different times daily, Monday-Saturday.
Whatever fitness studio you choose, be sure to consult your doctor before beginning any type of new exercise activity. And then have fun!
