Miners Town Strength & Conditioning
More commonly known as CrossFit Miners Town, the workouts at Miners Town Strength & Conditioning are far from a walk on a treadmill or a few crunches.
These workouts incorporate exercises like kettle bell swings, deadlifts, and box squats. Start with a low weight and work-up to a more challenging level. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or are experienced, there are classes for everyone. Here, you’ll find a community of people committed to fitness, self-improvement and fun. You can drop-in to a class to see if it’s for you. If you decide to join, you can choose a monthly membership or a punch-card for classes. Classes are held at different times daily, Monday-Saturday.
Whatever fitness studio you choose, be sure to consult your doctor before beginning any type of new exercise activity. And then have fun!
