With the holiday season upon us, there are plenty of fun and seasonal activities to share with the entire family. Whether it’s a parade or a sing-along, Park City is bustling with holiday fun you won’t want to miss. So grab your calendar and get ready to pencil these activities into your holiday plans!

Watch holiday light displays on the move through town. You can take part too! Decorate your car or bicycle and join the parade; you could even win one of four cash prizes! There’s no entry fee but you do need to register by November 24th if you want to be part of the parade. Besides the actual parade, watch Santa stroll down Main Street as well as Holiday carolers and the lighting of the Christmas trees in Miner’s Park. The festivities kick off at 4p.m. on Saturday, November 25th.
Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade
The Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade in Park City is an annual tradition that will turn 55 this year.
The festivities start at 5:30p.m. in Park City Base area with holiday music and cheer. The actual parade kicks off at 6p.m. Watch skiers and snowboarders ride down the mountain at Park City Mountain Resort with torchlights. Don’t forget the special appearance by Santa Claus before he goes back to the North Pole to deliver toys to all the girls and boys! All parts of this event are free!
Holiday Spectacular and Sing Along
Get in the spirit of the season at Park City’s Holiday Spectacular and Sing Along at the Egyptian Theatre.

Watch local talent perform songs and sing along with the choir! This event is a family favorite each year; performances are December 14th-17th. Be sure to buy your tickets so you won’t miss out!
The story of the Nutcracker is a holiday classic. Watch the Ballet West Academy perform this traditional story at the George S. & Dolores Dore Eccles Center Theater on December 2, 2017.

Park City Mountain Resort is home to this annual event that brings together musicians and village entertainers.
This 16-day festival runs from December 16th-December 31st, so there’s plenty of time to stop by more than once and check out what Snowfest has to offer. The lineup of performers changes daily, so be sure to check the event website before you go. Admission is free, making it the perfect family-friendly event.
