With all of the recent snow, Park City is truly feeling like a winter wonderland! So if you’re feeling in a festive mood, there are still many super fun holiday events to enjoy in Park City! Here is a list of our upcoming favorites:
Santa comes down Torch Lift
As he does every year, Santa Claus is arriving in Park City with his magical sleigh via the Town Lift. On Saturday, Dec. 17th beginning at 5:30, head to the Town Lift Plaza for lots of fun as Park City townspeople anxiously await his arrival. Stick around for pictures with Santa by EpicMix Photo!

Park City Torchlight Parade
Park City’s Annual Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade has been a beloved, longstanding tradition for 53 years; this year will be 54! Park City residents and destination guests alike look forward to this Christmas Eve event every year.
The celebration starts at 5:30 in the Park City Base Area with holiday music and free coffee and hot cocoa; the parade takes place afterwards.
This event is truly unique and special; if you haven’t seen it you will be blow away! As far as we know, there’s nothing like it anywhere but Park City!
Bonus: Thanksgiving Point Luminaria
It’s a bit of a jaunt, but not too far to go for this enchanting one mile walk through the captivating Ashton Gardens. The Grand Allee’s 8,000 programmable luminaries blanket the sweeping hill, where each one acts as a pixel in a moving picture of blooming poinsettias, flying reindeer, and dynamic symbols of the season. And on top of that 40-foot hill, you’ll be met with the colossal 120-foot tree—all lit up and ready to be admired.
Continue your holiday stroll while indulging all your senses in special touches like s’mores at the festive fire pits, hot chocolate and sweets from the gift boutique, interactive game areas for children and adults alike, even peppermint-scented mulch!
Dates and times are limited. Purchase tickets beforehand because they don’t guarantee the availability of walk-up tickets!
