Squatters is THE local’s choice for best breakfast. Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s a pub; I mean, it is an award-winning brew pub, but they serve breakfast every day until 2pm.
On a side note, Squatters has been recognized locally and state-wide for its efforts in sustainability and eco-friendliness. They focus on using environmentally-friendly products and services from within their local eco-region and work to develop long-lasting relationships with farmers, growers and suppliers.
As far as food goes, get the Roadhouse Skillet or the Chilaquiles, which are consistently raved about.
Hidden away at the top of Parley’s Canyon half way between Park City and Salt Lake you’ll find a quaint hide-away where the food is good and the portions are generous. It’s casual and cozy, and the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast.
People rave about the Chipotle Bacon, Hack Attack, Cinnamon Rolls and, well, just about anything on the menu!
Park City Bread and Bagel is the local’s choice for fresh bagels, coffee, breakfast burritos, paninis, sandwiches, salads, soup, fruit smoothies, and more. Bagels are definitely the star, obviously! Some have called them “the best bagel outside of Brooklyn”. People also rave about the breakfast burritos. Great for grab and go breakfasts!
Atticus is a super cute coffee shop with a local vibe, great coffee and tea drinks, and best of all they support local artists, writers, and designers. You’ll find unique gifts and trinkets, as well as a nice book selection. It’s a perfect place to grab a quick breakfast, or grab a book, sit down, and relax.
The Red Velvet Mocha gets rave reviews, and for breakfast we recommend the Buddha Bowl or Green Eggs and Ham. If you’re looking for gluten-free, they have wonderful, locally-made gluten free bread and muffins.
