REQUIREMENTS TO RENT

Property Alliance isn’t looking for tenants we are looking for long term clients that expect a quality rental property for them and their family.  Let us show you the Property Alliance experience when it comes to moving into a new home.  Review our requirements below, fill out a rental application and let’s find a property that fits your needs.

• A complete Rental Application from each person over 18 years of age who intends to reside at the property.
• Processing fee of $35.00 per rental applicant, non-refundable and payable to Property Alliance by cash, check, cashiers check or money order.
• Verification of identification via driver’s license, military ID, passport or other.
• Verification of income via pay stubs or income statement from employer.
• Verification of rental history for no less then the past two years.
