Typically, we get the word out a full 60 days before your rental becomes available, when potential tenants begin their online search.

The majority of properties are rented prior to the lease actually becoming available.

Marketing activities include:

  • Answering phones and performing property showings 7 days a week.
  • Listing available properties to over 30 sites on the internet, including Zillow, Trulia, Rentler, Craigslist and Hotpads, to provide maximum visibility to prospective renters.
  • Placing ‘For Rent’ signs at the property and sending mailers to the surrounding local community to ensure maximum exposure.
