GETTING STARTED WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Getting started with Property Alliance, Inc. can be accomplished with a meeting at your property.  We are available 7 days a week to sit down with you and discuss the value Property Alliance can bring to the table.

Ultimately our goal is to take over the day-to-day responsibilities of the investment property, while you maintain the financial benefit of owning it.

Below is a brief summary of the steps taken to establish an account:

 



How It Works

  • We will schedule a convenient time to meet you at your property.
  • We will discuss the value Property Alliance can bring you and your property and present to you with a New Owner Packet.
  • We will spend the time needed to review and sign all contracts and documentation to establish an account as well as discuss any special consideration regarding your home.
  • We will discuss all pertinent matters such as: rent, security deposit, pets, maintenance, property advertising, current tenants, HOA, etc.
  • At this time we will perform a thorough initial inspection of your property, including digital photos, video, room measurements, list of amenities, and any other information we feel is important to provide our qualified tenants.
  • Property Alliance will then take over a copy of any keys that pertain to your home and we will immediately get started on properly marketing your home to perspective tenants.  This includes advertising with yard signs, Craig’s List, internet sites, local periodicals, and the Property Alliance website.
